Go to eticket.railway.uz or call 1005 (Uzbekistan). Submit your cancellation within their deadlines.
RAILWAY.UZ Reviews
They check your cancellation against their tariff rules and decide the approval refund amount.
RAILWAY.UZ Notifies Trainhub
They send us the approval amount and your transaction reference.
We Send Refund via Stripe
We initiate the return to you original card within 1 working day of receiving approval.
Money Arrives In Your Bank Account
Your bank credits within 2-7 wroking days. Total: 5-10 working days from initiation.
You Contact RAILWAYUZ
